Tin Can Pen & Pencil Holder

I found this Wolf Scout project on Pinterest. For Wolf Elective #9 they get to make a gift or toy like the ones shown in the book (covered cans or a beanbag). You can cover cans using scrapbook paper, heavy duty wrapping paper, etc. They even sell drawer liners now that have beautiful designs on them and would be great to use on this project. I have found really cool and  inexpensive drawer liner at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s.
