I am so excited to offer our first set of Cub Scout Binder Printables! This set provides over 50 pages that you can use to set up and organize your Scout Binder for the year.
The theme is “BRAVE” as we want to inspire our kids and teach them that no matter what they face in life they can have courage and be Brave.

1. Binder (my favorite, a little expensive but last FOREVER and never pops open and spills, the binder doesn’t work with our spines though)

Binder Cover
The binder cover for our BRAVE series comes in 4 options. We have the dark navy blue option which makes the graphics pop and an ink friendly version in white. The first option has Cub Scout Leader on the cover but we also offer a more general one for parents, scouts, or leaders to use that simply says Cub Scout Binder.
The back cover has bold colorful stripes that compliment our BRAVE mountain graphic.

Binder Spines
I have so many binders on my shelf that I use for different things that I love to have a nice label on my spine. We have given you lots of options to choose from for your spine. We provide you a coordinating spine to go with our BRAVE graphics and we have some that you can fill in with your own text and comes in all of the dens colors.
Contact Lists
A mandatory contact list is included. It is so helpful to have all of the groups information in one place so you can coordinate meetings and activities with ease. It comes in a bright colorful option and an ink-friendly option.
Attendance Report
Our attendance report is double paged and comes in a multitude of colors to coordinate with your den color.
Birthday List
Don’t forget any of your scouts birthday! Whether you want to keep track of just your den or the whole pack, we have you covered. Our BRAVE Binder printable pack comes with both options.
12 Month Calendar
A calendar is a must for the Cub Scout Binder Planner. You have 12 months of pages with the ability to fill in the dates. We chose to provide this option so that you can download the calendar once and use it year after year.
Digital 12 Month Calendar
We have also provided a digital version of the calendar. The calendar will open up in Adobe and you will be able to type in the boxes to fill out your calendar. Each of the blue boxes represents an area you can type in. The blue area does not show up when you print.
12 Month Calendar - Ink Friendly
I love the colorful option for the calendar but ink is expensive so we made sure that there was an ink-friendly option for you if you prefer.

We didn’t forget about those who don’t want to use up too much ink. We have included a digital monthly calendar in the ink-friendly version too.❤️
Meeting Agenda
As you plan out your meetings it helps to know and organize all the details so it is easy to delegate to other parents and it will help keep things a little easier on the day of your meetings or activities.
Scripture Print & Cards
For those who would like, we have a scripture print that can be used in multiple ways. You can hang it in your meeting place, use it as the cover or back of your binder, or hand out to scout families. If it is too big to hand out to families/scouts, we have provided the same print in a smaller size. Just print out on card stock, cut out and they are ready to be handed out.
