When I did summer camps I would organize all of the games in a binder so it was quick & easy to plan out the games for the day. It’s a lifesaver 🙂

On each page you will see what supplies are needed, how many people are recommended to play the game, approximately how long the games will take, how to set up the game, and directions on how to play. Some games even have links to how-to videos.
